Delicious New Teas Arriving

Darjeeling Whyte, an Indian White Tea
I wanted to share the amazing teas that we have been cupping in the past 2 weeks coming in from China, Taiwan and India. Greens, Whites and Oolongs are arriving almost daily, what fun.

Plum Blossom Oolong, a Taiwanese Oolong TeaThe new spring Darjeeling Whyte is awesome and should be at our door in about 2 weeks. Also impressive was an Oriental Beauty Oolong or Bai Hao Oolong that we purchased from Taiwan. It reminds me of the Plum Blossom Oolong of several years ago that people still call hoping to get!

Dragon Well 'Lung Ching', Chinese Green Tea
The new harvest of Dragon Well, a Chinese green tea, is also in route and is spectacular. We selected 2 dragon well green teas this year, a first grade and a small reserve of a special grade. That's just to name a few. I cant wait to go to China and start tasting.

This is the kind of stuff that makes my job exciting and delicious!!
Have a great weekend, Beth

Dr. John, I hope this encourages you to begin to explore new and different teas, there are so many! Let me know if I can point you in a direction or make some suggestions. If you start to explore you are sure to find out that tea is just not tea. Teas Etc is always happy to send you out a couple of samples too. Thanks, Beth

I like your blog! A Tea blog is such an original idea. I need to expand my knowledge of teas, so I will come back often and visit. Check my food blog out if you have a chance at http://cheftami.blogspot.com/
